FULL SERVICE BROKERAGE

SELLER orientated agencies that contract with the seller to List, Market and Sell the owners property for the price / terms contract.  These agencies also work to find Buyers for properties the brokerage has under contract to sell. However, when working with buyers the agents must transition to "Transaction Brokers".

TRADITIONAL BROKERAGE

Typically the same as a Full Service Brokerage but do not have Title or Finance facilities. Agents generally work with both Buyers and Sellers as "Transaction Brokers".

EXCLUSIVELY  BUYERS BROKERAGES

Known as Buyer Brokers, they work exclusively with Buyers. Their agents are Exclusive Buyer Agents because they never represent Sellers. They are Consumer Advocates.
